At Aivy.lk, we take great care in packaging your jewelry safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to accept a return.

Return Eligibility:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the packag
• Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged during delivery..

• Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as proof.

• Items cannot be returned after they have been accepted in good condition or used.

How to Request a Return:

• Email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order details.

• Attach photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Our team will guide you through the return process.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or after the product has been accepted in perfect condition.
