When We Accept Returns

What Happens Next
Once we review your photos and confirm the damage happened during delivery:
- We’ll arrange to collect the damaged item
- You’ll receive a full refund or replacement (your choice)
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

- We need clear photos showing the damage
- Original packaging must be available for collection
